"Don't Try and Find Time. Schedule Time." - Noah Kagan

Noah schedules nothing but "learning" from 10am to 12pm every Tuesday because he thinks learning is imperative to his success. He says that scheduling time will help you actually do the things you've been wanting to do. If it's important enough, you don't find time, you schedule it. Once it's penciled in, it's real.
For example, my sister and I started scheduling bi-weekly calls to discuss the projects we're working on and our objectives for the week. This has helped us so much because instead of having to "find time" that works for us to discuss our projects, we already have these two meeting set every week. Whether our calls are short because we've already connected on that topic, or long because we're starting something new, scheduling it makes sure that we stay in the loop and connect on a regular basis.

I'd love to hear what you want to schedule time for in 2022. (Just comment below.)

Ferriss, Timothy, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Tools of Titans: The Tactics, Routines, and Habits of Billionaires, Icons, and World-Class Performers HMH Books, 2016.
