"The Quality of Your Life is the Quality of Your Questions." - Tony Robbins

Tony Robbins is the world's most famous performance coach. He has advised everyone from Serena Williams to Leonardo DiCaprio and Oprah to world leaders such as Nelson Mandela and U.S. presidents. He is an author, speaker and philanthropist and is known for his infomercials, seminars, and self-help books.

Tony insists that the quality questions create a quality life. Many people - and I'm certainly guilty of this at times - spend their lives focused on the negativity (ex: "How could he say that to me?!") and therefore the wrong priorities.

In order to live with a limitless mindset, you have to ask different questions. Instead of focusing on the negatives of a situation, ask yourself this:
  1. "How could this help me in the future?"
  2. "What could this be preparing me for?"
  3. "What am I learning through this experience?"

For example, when I caught a cold at the beginning of the New Year, I fell into a "Why me?" mindset and was frustrated that I was congested and fatigued. (I wanted to start the year off with momentum!) After a few days though, I started focusing on the positives like maybe I got sick so I could rest. The end of last year was very hectic and I definitely needed a break. It was also helping me understand my limits. Then when I recovered and started planning 2022, I could do so more realistically without compromising my health.

What questions would you ask yourself to increase the quality of your life and create a limitless mindset?
